Payment:
- Payment through PayPal and Venmo only.
- Payment is always due before the initial consultation.
- Payment for other services require a 50% deposit at the beginning of our time together and the final payment is due at the end of our time together per our consultation agreement. Remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days from invoice.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of 85 USD, or half of the service rate.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at , canceling via Calendly, or calling/texting our office at (267) 293-9041.

Refunds:
- Orange Tangent Study does not offer refunds. If you would like to cancel an appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy described above, you will receive a full refund.
- If you would like to discontinue a core continuing service, you must cancel according to the terms and conditions per our consultant agreement.
